I was a patient for 3 months. The therapists were excellent. The billing office is where these folks fall short. I paid all of my bills and yet they sill sent me to collections. I have no idea why they could not simply have charged me every single time I walked in with a credit card, handed it to them, and asked them to bill me in full.
