Only giving this place a star because it is the only option that I can. This PT office is a 0 out of 10(besides the lady at the front desk). The last at the front desk is amazing over the phone and in person. As for the PT, I will keep it at does not seem like a passion or anything to do with helping someone heal their body. To be in so much pain and walk into an establishment that is charging you $420 for a visit! It doesn't make sense how you can speak to someone in such a tone or manner. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Scheduled a PT appointment and when I arrived I was told they could not see me because they didn’t have access to any of my info because the front office person was out sick and I wasn’t in their system. Supposedly they couldn’t even access my phone number to call and cancel the appointment. I took off an hour from work to make the appointment time. Excellent care
After twelve (12) PT sessions with the only physical therapist who works at the Jackson location, my surgeon told me during my follow up visit (Apr. 10, 2025) that I had not made nearly as much progress following mty knee replacement surgery (Feb. 4) as he expected. I shared with him facts about the instructions, exercises, and comments the therapist made to me over the past six (6) weeks. My doctor was dismayed, as I have been during this time. I have had an excellent experience with Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center. The location is near my home and the staff is helpful and very professional. I am already seeing good results with my shoulder injury.
