I was about to schedule surgery (could not sit or stand more than 20 minutes) but after a couple of therapy sessions with Dr. Evans my confidence in positive outcome grew and I decided to follow the course completely. Writing after returning from vacation which I thought I would have to cancel :)
SPT and specifically Hope was highly recommended to me. I went through several PT prior to her being recommended. She was the first PT that listened to what my job actually is and how I need to be able to function. She has me doing exercises and therapy that directly impacted my job mobility. I wish there was a 6th star to give her.
TLDR: Hope gave me HOPE in my ACL recovery all the way up Mount Rainer. Hope is an amazing physical therapist who I recommend to all of my friends. Hope is an expert in her field who made it possible for me to navigate all the anxieties that come from the growing pains of recovery. Hope is invaluable resource for me because she gave me peace of mind when trying to complete new exercises correctly, adding weight, and giving me reassurance that certain aches and pains during recovery were to be expected. After several years of back pain, limited activity, changing jobs, steroid injections, and not really knowing what else I can do to get better my sister told me about Hope. A fitting name for the physical therapist who helped me believe I could get better after feeling hopeless for so long. Wonderful care and very knowledgable providers. They were always very welcoming, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Everything was explained clearly and I was provided all necessary instructions to heal in as quick a time as possible. Would recommend if you need PT.
