I am having a great experience at Select Physical Therapy in Berlin . The Physical Therapists of course are very knowledgeable and helpful. A smaller number of clients , makes for a relaxed experience.

Pure incompetence...The first week the woman at the front receptionist desk told me I owed a co-pay of $20 which wasn't true. Our insurance carrier doesn't charge us co-pays. I asked her the following week if everything was corrected with insurance and she stated that it was. I didn't hear anything from her for 4 weeks and get a $430+ bill for the first 2 sessions. She states that she corrected the charges from 20% to 10% cost to customer after insurance. I get a bill the next week in the $200 range for the 2 sessions. So I ... read more
Just completed 2 months of therapy with Ethan. A very good experience! He is very good at what he does. He got me moving again and made it fun (almost).
Had a real good experience with Ethan Pearson of the Berlin location. Just coming off a right hip replacement and he worked with me to set up the best exercises to help me eventually get to a full recovery to once again perform my physical/sports activities.
