RecommendedI don't use FaceBook much, but in case you do, you should know that Becky (Rebecca) did a great job at helping me get better! She was kind and compassionate while also professional. She listened to me and guided me to improve using simple exercises while avoiding overdoing it. My pain levels are down and range of motion is up!
Kudos to Select Therapy and Noreen for helping me get back into shape after back surgery. With her help at the clinic and home exercises she recommended, I am redeveloping muscles I haven’t used in months. It’s seems like it’s been a long road, but in just under 3 months I am walking much longer get distances and enjoying life again without pain.
