Colin was professional, a good listener, compassionate and gave good advice.
Service is middling, OK. Billing practices are near criminal. Waaaay over-priced compared to other Physio-practices. And dealing with the back-end billing people is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor: Go elsewhere! Thank me later :)
This company bills at OUTRAGEOUS rates. For a simple initial visit (which was of no help to my situation) they charged me $420! My last visit to a Cardiologist visit was $350! And when I went to another physical therapist, to fix what they never solved, the charge was a mere $150. And I surveyed numerous friends who tell me they commonly pay $200 for initial visits. I have been going here for the past 5 years for various issues. Both Collin and Cindy are excellent. They make a great team. They are encouraging, easy to talk with, challenging in a good way to help you not give up. I have been to other places for PT over the years, they are definitely the best.
