Broke my right upper arm a few months ago, have been going to Select Physical Therapy in Old Lyme for past several months, and it has been great. Friendly, thoughtful, completely professional team has been carefully progressing my recovery faster than I thought possible. Completely recommend.
I came in with severe upper back pain. I was wearing Salon Pas bandages all day, using heating pads and ice - all with no relief. In 4 month Brooke had me fully recovered and walking 3 miles most days. I’m continuing my exercises and maintaining my recovery.
Kevin, Brooke, Brianna and Stephanie are a great team and helped get my shoulder back in shape after work-related chronic wear and tear caused tendonitis. They also helped my elderly mother with hip pain, and seem just as proficient with college kids home for the holidays. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing excellent physical therapy! (PS - Brianna, I am remembering to ice!!) :)
