SPT is very welcoming and the staff provides an upbeat approach
I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for everyone who works here. I had my second major knee surgery this summer and came here for PT. I have seen multiple physical therapists throughout the years, and this one was by far my favorite. I have had a good experience at Select PT, as far as this better sleep post I already follow all of the points that are made, but I have never been a good sleeper. I think sleep also depends on how much exercise the body does during the day.
My post surgery experience: the absolute best PT I ever received! ( I’ve had a lot of PT over the years.) Experienced and engaging therapists; using a team approach, all clients feel individual attention - even when staff are busy.
