Sofia, or a name that is similar, mostly looked at her computer while I was there for PT. She sprayed chemical cleaner right next to me when i was in a reclined position doing PT and couldn't get up to avoid it. I asked her not to do that. She continue to disrespect my space and spray that toxic stuff too close to me. There was times she was rude and dismissive. It turns out I didnt need PT at all. Billing fraud of $4,005.00. It's dirty. My physical therapist was Sophia; who didn't really seem to pay attention, (she pretty much spent the entire time looking at her computer). She wasn't approachable, (she made it feel like an inconvenience when I had to ask for the bands or the next therapy that required her assistance). She wasn't very nice. I came here after I dislocated my kneecap in January. The staff here is amazing. They are welcoming, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They communicate not only what exercises you're doing, but also why and how they're helping. I'm so grateful to have chosen this particular location, because it's quiet and small.
