I'm grateful for the rockstars at Select PT. They listen, personalize every exercise, and explain not just what they are doing, but why. I really like that the exercise sheet includes a QR code with demo videos -- helpful to work on your form at home. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding a small vestibule or barrier at the front door. The cold air rushes in constantly, and your receptionist sits just a few feet away dealing with it all day. She is an integral part of the team and deserves a more comfortable workspace. ... read more

I chose Select Physical Therapy Vernon because it is close to my home and has high ratings. Within three sessions my arthritic knee pain was resolved with the exercises given to me by Leif. The therapists I worked with, Leif and Mike, were thoughtful, thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy and will not hesitate to return in the future if the need arises.
