The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional—from the receptionist to the therapists. After a full assessment, the therapists tailor the program to your specific needs. They also give you exercises to do at home in between visits.

Billing issue!! Received therapy at the Avon CT location. Was told they would “collect $46 for each session” until deductible was met then it would go to $28 coinsurance. They did NOT indicate this was an estimate. Each session I was charged $46. However behind the scene they were adding $56.40/ sessions. There was no communication that the sessions were actually $102.40 until I received a bill. I’m now stuck with a bill for $338 in addition to what I already paid.
