Do not go here unless you have really great insurance or lots of disposable income. I asked from day one what the cost would be or an idea of the cost so I could plan, they could not tell me. I was told anywhere from $200 to over $600 an appointment, they just did not know. I asked at nearly every appointment if they could tell me anything about previous appointments costs.
