It was a great experience and loved the service will continue to come back
Very clean, open and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone very friendly and on time. Clearly described the form and function of each exercise. There were explanations as to what each movement should produce, such as strengthening, mobility, etc. Just being a light jacket. One day the temp was fine but the next day I was cold. Overall very pleasant experience.
James does an outstanding job as do the rest of the staff.
Paige’s expertise, thoroughness, relationship-first mentality and patience are second to none.
