The Select Physical Therapy location on Dale Mabry in Tampa canceled my post surgery appointment for 5/4 that was made more than 1 month in advance. They even called to confirm my appointment the day prior. Because my appointment was the day after surgery, I couldn’t drive myself to the appointment, I had to arrange for transportation only to be giggled at and told they gave someone else my spot even though I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time.
