I’m very disappointed with my experience at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Buda. My biggest issue is the lack of communication regarding the cost of treatment. I live about 30 minutes away, and no one contacted me ahead of my appointment to explain what I would be responsible for paying. (Which I was told I should have been given a call.) A person is already stressed when a family member or even yourself are ill Baylor Scott and White make it so much easier with the knowledge patience and kindness .You don't have to drive all over town most of what you need is all under one roof. My experience was very easy knee replacement and turned out great nice to not have the pain thank you BSW
I have been fortunate enough to have physical therapy at BSW in Buda twice. Both times have been excellent and I am very pleased. They're very thoughtful, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend them.
Michelle Merunka is an experienced therapist, the staff is friendly and the facility is clean. This is my 2nd time for therapy. I was supposed to go to another location, but I requested the Buda location.
