I was so hopeful when I began my very first physical therapy journey—just wish I would have encountered a more mentally fit front desk person than Jan. They say your reception can make or break your business and she made it so I never want to go back (even if I can get her to do her job and contact my insurance company billing department) say nothing of referring friends there. Very unfortunate but I’ll likely go to their competition next time. Jan, it truly is time to retire.
Staff was very attentive and concerned.
The staff is pretty good. They are friendly and all, but there is a clear lack of coordination. Every few times I went in, it was like it was my first time. Multiple times I had to fill in introductory surveys (which take up a lot of your appointment time) and of course, after my treatment I had to go to a new doctor and a new physical therapy location because my knee was never actually fixed from the treatments here.
