This is more of a billing related complaint, than service related, although we had our struggles with good & consistent care in Clearwater,MN location. As for billing... I have a coinsurance plan, yet they want me to pay 20% of a bill that I don't even know what I'm being charged for yet, or what part my insurance will pay. "It will all work out after claims are processed, and if you've over paid, we'll reimburse you"!! What?? Why should I over pay?? This review is for Account Servicing at NovareCare in Charlotte ONLY. My physical therapy experience was positive. I have received treatment during Dec 2018-Jan 2019 and I paid all my bills. 14 months later On March 25,2020 I received a bill for treatment date Jan 9, 2019 with no explanation. I called billing department and they transferred me to Account Servicing. I spoke with Rita ext 2928 which told me that the 14 months delays is related to my insurance not paying this claim.
