They don't respond to vms or their online requests for contact. My surgeon suggested the facility in Redwood City CA but after 3 tries over a few days, I'll go elsewhere. I understand that they save money without a receptionist but evidently no one is tasked with responding to messages. I have had 3 sessions for my elbow injury. Best PT I ever haf.
I have completed 5 sessions with either Ryan or Ana. I like them both. I have dealt with chronic low back pain from 3 bulging discs resulting from a work related injury sustained over 16 years ago. I have been to PT several times over the years. This is the first PT where I have been told to stretch backward and lay on my stomach. Over the 16 years I have been told just the opposite.
