I had my first appointment today!! I LOVED it!! The assessment and my first exercises were so thorough. My appt. lasted an hour and 15 minutes!! Karen and Rachel were so professional and I felt like a "person" and not a number!! I know they will help me with my knee and get me back to walking and exercising!! Woo Hoo!
