The providers at the office are wonderful, however, the billing office is absolutely AWFUL! They required $50.00 copayments when we had met our maximum out of pocket expenses and refused to call our insurance to confirm this. They have now owed me $400.00 in copayments for over 5 months and have yet to even respond to numerous calls and requests. Very, very unhappy!! I would not refer anyone to this facility solely based on the business office!
