Just had the best PT session of my life at Select Physical Therapy in Newbern, NC. Robert is a total legend. I’ve been dealing with major shin issues for years, and he actually figured out what was wrong — something no one else has caught. I felt better almost instantly. Super knowledgeable, down-to-earth, funny, and easy to talk to. Can’t recommend him enough.
I cannot believe how good I feel after one visit. I walked in limping and walked out walking straight. I am shocked. Robert Christskos is great at his profession. Looking forward to my next appointment.
This was the most amazing PT session I've ever had. In 30 min Robert had moved me from limping with right knee pain to being able to do a "potty squat" without pain and without holding on to something to get back up. His use of the PRRT method surpasses all other physical therapy styles where the practitioner usually gives you an exercise to do and then watches you suffer through the pain of doing it.
