Katelyn, Ryan, and Courtney are incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful therapists & people! When I walk in it’s like coming home. Cindy & Jake are so welcoming… a great first impression! I highly recommend this PT office!
I am changing my review to 1 stat because I went to my appointment in March and then came back in April only to be told my insurance was put in wrong and my copay went from 20 to 98. Now!!! I have a bill for 141 dollars. The people you call are rude because a mistake was made some where else and now I have to deal with it. There was no phone call, no message was left, but they called, ok. Not happy about this bill I have gotten, from appointment from March.
The people I work with are fantastic! My complaint is over booking. Too many clients for 1 person is frustrating. I do not feel I am getting, especially at the beginning of my routine enough of 1 on 1 time. The first week , or even two needs that, it is the most painful. If I am left to wait, or pause while another is cared for, it leaves frustration, anger, and that's not good for my healing . If it continues, I'll go to the gym on my own.
