I have been to their competitors and had a very different experience. The therapy was much better and lasted an hour. I was told to do certain things and come back. What am I paying for to begin with. I was overcharged on my co-pay from late September/early October. I have been unable to get a refund, all I get is a runaround. The employee this morning stated they have sent my balance to the auditing department and the audit will take between 7 and 10 days. That is just to determine if they want to return my money.
