Incorrectly billed me and took payment, and when I checked my insurance, the bill was never processed correctly; thus, Select Physical Therapy held my payment as a credit without notifying me. When I discovered this, I demanded a refund, and Select Physical Therapy said they would send me a check for that amount within 8 weeks. No apology was ever extended for the inaccurate billing service, nor for the long delay in refunding me. Select Physical Therapy is over-billing clients and then using that money.
