My therapist, Kristen, performed a very thorough preliminary exam and explained each of the "tests" she ran on my foot. In ensuing appointments, she has explained each exercise. She didn't overwhelm me with technical explanations but instead helped me understand. I was impressed with the facility when I walked in the door as it offers numerous machines and private "cubbies." I would give Select more than five stars if that were possible.😊
I came to select physical therapy after my labrum repair surgery in my right hip. I have since graduated, but felt I needed to come and share my experience. Colleen and Amanda were the two main therapist that took care of me. They both worked with much compassion and knowledge to build back up my flexibility and strength. I Still have more strength building and flexibility building to go at home, but both of them said it was completely OK to call them with problems or come in so they could help me with the details of my work... read more
