I have been trying to obtain a copy of my medical records for over 2 months now. I've spoken to Adam, who is the Manager of the clinic and his front desk receptionist Allison. They continue to ignore my request for my records. As a HIM Director I am fully aware of my patient rights and this location is in HIPPA Violation. I've had to launch an official complaint against this site! This is Ridiculous ! I have NEVER had this much difficulty to obtaining something as simple as my records.
