Dr. Josh was so helpful when I visited recently for help with a tight hip and leg pain! In just the injury screen he was able to help massage the area and give me exercises that I’ve been able to repeat at home. The pain relief has been incredible and I’m so glad I visited Select!
I had my hip replacement on December 9 and I have had fabulous encouragement and instruction specifically focused on my needs to strengthen muscles I hadn't been using for 7 mos. I am very excited to be walking alot without my cane!!!
