I had five stars for this location and now I had to put one because no stars isn't an option! I will never be back to this location. All I need at this point is my records and I can't even get that. The last therapist I saw there was EXTREMELY insensitive, which is partly why I left. The other half is for the crappy customer service. Grade: F-

Joey Torigoe, my physical therapist at Banner Physical Therapy is attentive to my needs and helps me gain strength, flexibility and mobility. I had been in a walking boot since May 4th due to my fractured left foot. I have been seeing him for two months and he has been preparing my left foot, ankle and leg to handle my weight and be functional once the boot is removed. It has been 1-1/2 weeks since wearing my boot and I am able to naturally walk up and down stairs and walk close to normal. His sessions have been a God send! ... read more
