Ms J I participated in Pet Lovers frequent buyers program, buy 15 bags @ $41.99 get one free. Guess what, when it came time for the free bag, they said the program changed. They told me to mail in a request to the manufacturer, who refused the request. When I returned to Pet Lovers, to ask that they honor the program they were promoting, the said no, there's nothing they could do. Nice for pond owners This place has a nice selection of koi for people with garden ponds. Their prices aren't that bad on the other pet supplies either. And they do carry a wide variety of pet supplies. Staff could be a bit friendly but they are not rude. PROS: Nice selection of Koi CONS: nothing
