Select motor group is amazing! I came in as a mother of 4 having just lost her car to a horrible accident. I have been without a car for 2 months. When I came to look at the car Melissa was so honest and patient with me. I did a test drive and fully inspected the car inside and out. I was there for over 3 hours. Wonderful buying experience, from start to driving away with our vehicle. Their team was highly professional, caring and extremely responsive. They explained every detail and made sure we were satisfied. My wife and I said to each other that we felt they really cared! I highly recommend this dealership for anything you need, I think they will even help you find a particular model if they don't have it in stock.They may be small in size, but they excel in knowledge, service and capabilities. Lots of unique inventory too.
I'm surprised to see the good reviews on Google (they have bad reviews on Facebook). I've been chatting with Melisa for more than a week and its extremely hard to get a response from her. Being in sales myself, its mind boggling to me that when I call/text her to schedule a visit, I do not get a response. I've even tried calling her multiple times but she will not answer. At best, I get a text saying 'Can I call you later' but no call back in the end. How are they still in business btw?
Melisa is very polite and friendly, in general I am satisfied with the purchase, there are some nuances with the car, but for this price I am absolutely satisfied with everything. Thanks a lot!
