Ashley listens and makes sure I understand everything she does for me. She knows how much I can tolerate and does not push too far when I am in pain.
I've needed PT twice now after sports injuries and both times Ashley gave me great information and lots of homework. Provided all the tools to help me get better. Strong recommendation, but show up ready to work.
