Loved the non-pushy individual appointment. Austin was patient and knowledgeable. He’s a Huntsville area native and this is a locally owned business!
We had a great experience at this store. We were able to find a mattress that met our needs. The owner was very friendly, patient, and not pushy whatsoever.
Full disclosure: I have not yet bought a mattress. I spoke with Austin and met him at his place of business; he is excellent and has a great selection of products. He meets with you for your appointment, answers all your questions, and follows up with you to address any concerns. Great customer service!
