Very disappointed with this gardening service. On Friday 30th, their workers cut and destroyed my installed fairy lights while mowing around my tree and rosemary garden. The lights cost $74 (editted for accuracy; price mistake acknowledged) and were fully functional before the job. Sunil has been mowing the lawns at the flat where I was living for over 5 years in New Lynn. I am very grateful for his hard work and excellent service. He always showed up right when the grass needed cutting, took away all clippings, and would even tend to a few extra issues from time to time when asked, all for a very reasonable price. I feel fortunate to have had them looking after the lawns, which were my responsibility as the tenant, for all those years, it made me look good. The owner made contact after an unsatisfactory mow by his franchisee and was very apologetic and has now rectified the situation. He went out of his way to reply to my previous review and also visited the property. I should have made contact prior to placing a review. I'm now very satisfied with the outcome. They did cuttings but said they aren't able to catch it so left it at the property. Even though we asked for it to be taken.
Didn't clear the cuttings even though they said it would be done.
