Jim (the owner) went out of his way to help me surprise my wife for Christmas. I upgraded the diamond in her wedding ring and Jim had the best price ( I did a LOT of searching). On installation day he met us before he opened and stayed late to make sure we didn't have to make another 1.5 trip to pick it up. Thanks Jim!
