They needed pictures from me for underwriting and I sent the pictures TWICE. 2 months later my policy gets cancelled 3 days after they took my payment. After I called they said the issue was they didn’t receive the pictures. After a minute of looking the person said they seen the pictures someone just never uploaded them. So due to their mistake I had to pay for another policy because “it was nothing they could do” although it was their fault. Now they are taking weeks to give me my refund.
