They needed pictures from me for underwriting and I sent the pictures TWICE. 2 months later my policy gets cancelled 3 days after they took my payment. After I called they said the issue was they didn’t receive the pictures. After a minute of looking the person said they seen the pictures someone just never uploaded them. So due to their mistake I had to pay for another policy because “it was nothing they could do” although it was their fault. Now they are taking weeks to give me my refund. Do not use this company at all cost!!!! I bought a Vehicle and got it insured with them. The second day the vehicle blew up and the dealer exchanged it. Select Insurance told me that they completed the cancellation for the policy and we’re just waiting on union insurance to refund me the money.
