Lo que le interesa es su commission o su cargo como agente. Se entiende que es un negocio pero, no sienten empatía ninguna por la situacion de un cliente y mas cuando un seguro no llevan ni 24 horas activo. Le roban la plata a su cliente solo diciendo que " pues no creo que le devuelvan la comisión de nosotros y pudiera ser que le cobren un 40% por la cancelación del seguro dentro de las primeras 48 horas.
First time I've ever called customer service. Just to get some information and the lady was so rude. She would not answer my question. Then put me on, hold for 10 minutes to get the answer. Even though she kept refusing to actually give me an answer. And then came back on the phone gave me the answer And hung up. Was with this company for 6 years, It's sad that I have to go find another company.
Yodairis was an excellent help with getting me full coverage for my vehicle! Highly recommend!!
