These people are pure criminals. I paid for insurance on a car from the dealership that i did not buy and when i tryed to get a refund they denied me. So i disputed it with my credit card company and this insurance company lied to them saying i knew exactly what i was signing or buying rather. Mind you i did not even purchase the vehicle from the dealer the only reason i bought the insurance was because i was forced by the dealer to buy it but i changed my mind and did not buy the vehicle.
Veronica and Adriana are fantastic. They always help us with our family policy. The new girl Melissa is not helpful. Terrible attitude. She only does the bare minimum and doesn’t answer questions or concerns. So if you go there request Veronica or Adriana. They’re great!
