Excellent service, fast and friendly employees. Definitely has cheaper rates than most insurance companies around Anderson. Highly recommended!!
Terrible customer service specifically Josh that works there. Was great to work with until you actually need to use what you've paid for then you're a liability. Paid 3 years with out issues until we had a fire & theft at our business. Of course we were dropped for actually using our insurance for the purposes it's intended for but to add insult to injury Josh doesn't even give us a notice that we have zero coverage for our company vehicles that are on the road. I been a loyal customer . I wish this car insurance company would care more . Communication in their business better.They just want the money. Respectfully ,treat people with kind . Sad business .
