As far as employment with this company goes, a one star rating is being generous. Aides are treated as though they are nothing by office staff, though without the Aides this Home Health Service would be non existent. This is the reason employee turnover is as high as it is there.You can’t treat your employees like dirt and expect them to stay. Plus pay rate is way below the average for this type of work.
This place sucks as employment. I'm so glad I left when I did..
If I could give no stars I would, this would be the worst place I ever worked for! They lie, they don’t give you any work, I’ve speaker to many of there “ patients” all to which I’ve spoken to hate it with them, they don’t take care of there patients. They force you to work with people, that you’ve asked to not work with. Not to mention they stole my last paycheck, for no good reason at all. Definitely don’t work here!
