Everything and everyone was courteous and professional. Technicians ensured they respected our property and us and we are looking forward to many years of dealing with Select. We will definitely recommend them.
I had a different company come out and do a diagnostic on my furnace fan. They told me the circuit board was bad and I would have to purchase a brand new furnace. I call Select and asked for a second opinion. Chris came out and he was a god send. He replaced the circuit board and the fan works great. Went from being told I was looking at Thousands of dollars to an $800 fix. Thanks Chris!!!
Fast and courteous
The customer is always wrong when it come to select heating and cooling. We built our house 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but problems with our heat pump, only to be told it is our filter causing the issues. Finally after 2.5 years I have had another company out to find the real problem, A LEAK in the refrigerant lines. Select sent out technicians multiple times, just to tell us to change our filter, then send us a bill without even following up to see if the problem was resolved. Called Select Heating and Cooling because I needed my AC inspected / tuned up and wanted to go with someone local. Not only were they prompt in scheduling, but my tech Chris was determined to diagnose my cooling issues and offer suggestions on how to get the most out of my systems.
