A very proficient barber rated top by his former manager and barber shop owner. The low rating by a man who’s never used David St. Germaine (owner of Select Care Systems) should be disregarded because he’s never had his hair cut by David! That man’s low rating was because he didn’t know the time slots he wanted were already booked.
The sign says walk-ins welcome but yet the guy tells me he doesn't have time he's got appointments
