I had my face and eyebrows threaded by Mastane, that was the worst experience I’ve ever had! She was too bossy and rude and did not listen to me regarding the face job! Her eyebrow work was not that bad. I will never let her do anything to my face again!
I got the worse hair cut! And worse customer service, I showed how I wanted to look like a photo of me and and when I realized I told that I do not want that and she told that is how the picture is( I have already had that haircut, and I like how I look)
They sell fake products . I bought olaplex bonding oil from this salon..Usually m buying that oil from sephora , unluckily this time I bought from this salon, this oil is totally different from the orignal olaplex , very bad and sticky oil I found in the packaging. Please do not waste your money on buying any hair product from them , they are selling duplicate products .
If I could give this place no stars I would. First off the lady who did my hair didnt speak any english. I tried talking to her. Tried asking questions and she told me she barely speaks any english and went about doing my hair. She took 2 or more hours to do my highlights and i have so much broken hair bc she left the bleach in too long. She didnt ask what shade i wanted and did even get my roots. My highlights were splotchy. 3 girls had to come help her at the end bc she was so incompetent. They wanted me to come back to fi... read more
