I had the best experience with Sarah! Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she also has the sweetest personality that makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. She truly listens to what you want, gives great advice, and makes sure you leave feeling amazing. I have had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Every time I go, the Iranian ladies working there do whatever they want with my hair instead of following my request. They do not take my preferences seriously and insist that the result is “ok,” even when it’s clearly not what I asked for. My recent haircut was uneven and nothing like what I wanted. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
