Two of the "new" windows leaked during heavy rain. We reached out to the business; after 6 phones calls and just as many texts, we gave up. In short, they may replace your window but there is a good chance the "new" window would leak.
I cannot recommend this company. After installing a shower glass in my bathroom, I observed water leaking from the hardware onto the floor after showering. Despite scheduling a repair, no one has shown up. Multiple attempts to contact the company for updates have been unsuccessful, leaving the issue unresolved for several months.
We are selling our home and thought we would have to replace the whole window, they were able to just replace the glass in the top sash for a fraction of the cost. Mohammad was quick with estimate, sending someone to measure and installing the glass. Very professional and wonderful work. Everything from first call to finish was three days. Highly recommend.
