Select Fitness has small and intimate class sizes that are the perfect balance of high intensity interval and resistance weight training. It's exactly what I have been looking for in a private setting. I luv it. Almost too good to be true!

The trainers are very encouraging. Definitely get lots of personal attention. Almost want to keep this fitness gem to myself. It has been a long time since I have stuck with a fitness program and I am not one that loves the burn!

Love this place! It's locally owned which is great and every instructor I've met is really good at what they do. I've never left a session feeling like I've waisted my time or money. I've done private and group classes. Group classes are small and they have many times available which makes it easy to get in with my crazy schedule. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I LOVE it here! Small classes, lots of variety, excellent instructors! I've been coming for 2 years. I initially signed up for 2X a week. I'm generally there 5X. 45 minute workout is PERFECT for me. No long term commitment. Pay per class ($10) or pay for a month.
