Staff was extremely rude today and not helpful to the point where the interaction with the staff person led us taking our business elsewhere, which was unfortunate because we ended up spending 2500 at a chain business for a similar product we were looking to get at SFW which is local. Won’t be back. Called to speak to a manager after they responded my and my husbands reviews saying we were criminals and claiming straw purchase. They admitted to profiling me after requested information on a Micro Draco. They lied and said said they don’t offer the gun, but they do. They then admitted that they profiled me on being a woman as most women “buy this for their men”. Lowballed me on the sale of a used gun. They offered $150 but are selling for over $500 on gunbroker. They really don't offer more than other shops as they advertise.
