Ignore the negative reviews people are writing. I treated these nice people with the respect they deserve for doing their very difficult job of dealing with the public, and they went above and beyond for me to get my mother’s records, numerous times now. Too many people expect to be seen right away, or demand things immediately. It doesn’t work like that. Worst ever! I am sitting here over an hour for my mammogram. I’m told that they have to get in contact with the place that did the last mammogram before the procedure can begin. I was asked to come out of the exam room and placed into a dark changing room/ closet without even a hook to place my bag. They don’t answer emails. Came from previous doctor that closed down. And was told to email this place for medical records. They don’t respond.
My medical records were sent to SELECT DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING from another radiology facility that suddenly closed. I’ve been trying to get my medical records from them since July 2025 for the years 2024, 2023, 2022 and it’s been horrific. I emailed them in July 2025 because that’s what I was instructed to do and never heard back. I called them in August 2025 and never heard back.
