My medical records were sent to SELECT DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING from another radiology facility that suddenly closed. I’ve been trying to get my medical records from them since July 2025 for the years 2024, 2023, 2022 and it’s been horrific. I emailed them in July 2025 because that’s what I was instructed to do and never heard back. I called them in August 2025 and never heard back. They never answer the phone!!! The staff's ineptitude caused significant distress, particularly in locating imaging disks requested by my doctor. After requesting disks, and multiple visits later these clowns still managed to fail to find what I needed. Absolutely worthless.
My records that were transferred from another radiology center that has closed are being held hostage. They are not answering emails or calls. Totally unprofessional
I have called them many times in recent days. I can never get through. The phone lines are always busy and/or I cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full.
