I can't recommend this service highly enough. I have used it twice now (once for individual therapy, another for couples therapy), and both the therapists I was matched with have been outstanding. I had previously visited 3 therapists who I had not been entirely satisfied with. Rather than further wasting my time making appointments with random therapists that I found on Google, I decided to give Select Counsellors a try, as I felt I had nothing to lose.
