Unwanted services were not required, but there was a choice to think about what to do next.
Our contractor directed us to Maryland Loc, Gas & Fireplaces. We bought a gas insert fireplace from them and are quite pleased with how it turned out. We've turned it on almost every night this winter, and it's been fantastic. Excellent ambience, with considerable heat. Oliver was helpful when I picked this out in their showroom, and I thought the price was reasonable. Installation went quickly and smoothly.
They worked hard and with a lot of help. I now understand the performance of my fireplace and what has to be done. They took a ton of photos to show me what they found and kept my space neat. I will definitely use them again.
Gas & Fireplaces & Wood Stove Repair provided excellent service on our gas fireplace today. I received an appointment and estimate fast, the technician arrived about 45 minutes later and was well inside the scheduled window, explained everything thoroughly, offered polite service, and the fee was really cheap. The fireplace looks wonderful and is performing better than it has in several years. I will absolutely use them again. Thanks!
They worked diligently and with great assistance. I now know how my fireplace is performing and what needs to be done. They kept my area tidy while taking a ton of pictures to show me what they discovered. Without a doubt, I'll use them once more.
