Bill was sent out by the general contractor that built our new Outdoor Living Space. He finished the fireplace hook-up including the remote control start. He also carefully reviewed re-lighting the pilot if needed and other aspects of maintaining an outside fireplace. He was exceptional! He even added additional decorative elements to further enhance the appearance! I would give him a “double” five star review if I could! This is the electric fireplace we recently bought. Our two visits to Maryland Loc, Gas & Fireplaces & Wood Stove Repair Service were facilitated by Sean, who was amiable, informed, and supportive. The other employees were pleasant as well. They also have a great assortment of patio furniture and accessories, so we will definitely return for that!

My entire experience was first-rate, from beginning to end. The appointment procedure was smooth and effective. In order to accommodate my hectic schedule, the office personnel was kind and accommodating. Excellent professionals showed up early and were prepared on the scheduled day.
The work done by Maryland Loc, Gas & Fireplaces & Wood Stove Repair Service, MD, USA, to clean my chimney vent and fireplace was excellent. I truly valued Ian's promptness in returning my calls and answering them. He is competent in chimney maintenance, productive, and put forth a lot of effort throughout. Ianwas also amiable and courteous. It was an excellent value and reasonably priced service. I heartily endorse them for sweeping chimneys!
