I wish I had the option of giving negative stars. I have experienced the worst customer service here than any other place. They have had my car for 30 days and if is still not repaired. Every time I call I get transferred to Kyle, who is deceivingly pleasant. He always promises to give me updates and/or courtesy calls. I have not received either from him. He has repeatedly lied my husband and I about when my car will be ready. I was only given 28 days for my rental through my insurance and today is the 28th day. So, I don't ... read more
stay off this place please, i wouldn't recommend my enemy to go to this body shop cos its a scam. my car was hit and i choose this place to do the repairs. since then that decision has been my worst nightmare. first off, the manager by name ROBERT sided with the insurance company and said there where initial damages before the accident. i couldn't believe my ears that day. more to that they never repaired my car to my satisfaction. 2 days after i got my car, there was a storm and water was entering into my trunk . i currentl... read more
I had the worst experience at this location. When my vehicle was returned back to me there were glass all inside my vehicle (seats and floors). My 6 year old had to ride in the front seat because of the amount of glass in the rear of the vehicle. My other children I put towels that I'd had luckly to put over the seats to prevent possible cuts or any harm to them. My seats were also stained with oil grease. Then I had to waste most of my time and gas to continue going back to the location for things that was not fixed correct... read more
