I had a total hip replacement and got a cane and walker, didn't think I would need the commode seat unti 2 days after surgery. Called Kammie and within a hour Malik had it here and installed. Very wonderful people that came through when I needed it the most.
Beyond pleased with the customer service I received from select care. My insurance denied 2 very important piece of DME and they worked above and beyond to get everything approved. Very friendly team and they went above and beyond to keep me informed during the entire process. Thank you!!
No BBB accreditation and extremely questionable billing practices. No one answers phone or returns calls. No communication even during so called business hours. This may be a scam. I don't know how they got my information !!!!!!!!
The selectcare team in Hickory, NC is the best! Everyone there is friendly and professional. I have a special thank you to Justin who took care of fitting me with a post surgery shoulder sling. I appreciate his patience and kindness!
I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to deal with Justin who delivered and set up the equipment needed for my wife’s upcoming knee replacement surgery. He was a pleasure to deal with, very patient in explaining proper use of equipment. He’s a great asset.
