I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. My doctor’s office referred me to them for medically necessary equipment, and my insurance confirmed that the equipment was covered. The company initially submitted an authorization request, but then, without informing me they contacted my insurance company and canceled/avoided the authorization, claiming they did not have clinical notes. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with very unprofessional people . they never return calls after leaving 5 msgd the ladies at the front office is a piece of work I will never use them again a big scam do not use them you can get everything they offer a lot cheaper other places. Big Scam do not give credit card and read the contract very carefully no refund on anything once they have your card they will continue to bill it had to cancel mine

I had a total hip replacement and got a cane and walker, didn't think I would need the commode seat unti 2 days after surgery. Called Kammie and within a hour Malik had it here and installed. Very wonderful people that came through when I needed it the most.
Beyond pleased with the customer service I received from select care. My insurance denied 2 very important piece of DME and they worked above and beyond to get everything approved. Very friendly team and they went above and beyond to keep me informed during the entire process. Thank you!!
