So it's late 2019 and refitting my downstairs cloakroom is next on the to-do list. I did some looking around and decided to strip out the room in advance. Great experience from start to finish. Andy from the shop did a home visit and produced a full plan with multiple options all well explained and costed. Malek and Maraus (apologies if the spelling is wrong), the bathroom fitters were hard working, polite, explained everything and discussed the options where needed. Very pleased with the new bathroom. Andy came up with a design that somehow managed to fit in all our requirements whilst making the bathroom seem larger. The installation took longer than anticipated but it was worth the wait.
Andy was brilliant in designing our new bathroom and en suite when we didn't know where to start. It was fitted to a high standard by Malek who became like one of our family. He was a perfectionist and kept us updated all along. We love both our bathrooms and would highly recommend Luxo Living.
