I drove 295 miles from Charlotte, NC to Richmond, VA to test drive a red Prius. Within minutes of driving the car, it was obvious that the ABS pump has a serious mechanical failure and is leaking air. ( 2010 Red Toyota prius )This is not a sensor or warning-light issue, which is exactly why no check engine light was on anyone with basic mechanical knowledge knows these problems do not always trigger dashboard warnings.
