We had the pleasure of being transported from select ambulance company. The two gentlemen, Moses and Austin were professional, courteous and patient. I would recommend them anytime thank you.
Terrible! On hold for 15 minutes trying to set up pt ride. Rude dispatcher! Would NEVER use this service!
I observed two attendants totally ignoring their patient at 4th Floor 3737 Market Street Philadelphia today 7/16/25. They demonstrated a lack of empathy or compassion for the patient. Disgraceful behavior by the ambulance attendants.
This is supposed to be a schedule manager and I’m 9 days new and he disrespects all employees. Tells me that I complain too much a manger !??! As I’m explaining to him that I was left at Walmart by an employee and as well disrespected by another one who wanted to ride around with a broken stretcher. Do not work here do not send your love ones on this van service they have broken stretchers. They have broken vans bad stickers .
